We've been taking all of our family's cars to Autohaus for several years, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. They've taken care of my car as well as all of my kids' cars, and they've earned our trust time and time again. As a mom with several drivers in the family, it's such a relief to have a shop I know I can trust. They're always upfront and honest. They explain why a repair is needed in a way that's easy to understand, and they also let us know what repairs might be coming down the road so we can plan ahead. I've never felt pressured into fixing something that didn't really need to be done. MJ and Lisa are a big reason we keep coming back. They know us by name, always greet us with a smile, and somehow manage to be friendly, professional, and genuinely caring all at the same time. You really feel like more than just another customer. I also appreciate the little thingsβthere's a comfortable waiting area, a place to work if I need to bring my laptop, snacks, and they even give you a packaged cookie on your way out. It's just another example of how they take care of their customers. I highly recommend Autohaus to anyone looking for an honest shop with great peo

Please stay away!!! Horrible/Terrible/Rude Shame on you Autohaus. Save yourself from being treated like dirt. I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and disrespectful treatment I experienced at their location today and they have been servicing my defender for months. I brought my SUV in for a routine oil change, and Lisa Brandenburg (I have never seen her before) was assigned as my service advisor. From the beginning, her attitude was unprofessional. My vehicle had no issues prior to the visit. However, immediately after leaving your shop, I noticed a loud screeching noise coming from the front tire, as if it was rubbing against something. I returned to the shop to explain the situation. Before I could finish explaining, Lisa dismissed my concerns, stating that they did not touch that part of the car and were not responsible. When I pointed out that the noise only started after the service, she became extremely disrespectful, accused me of blaming them, and refused to discuss the matter further. She did not even take the time to visually inspect the vehicle to see what the issue might be. I am very disappointed with this lack of customer service and account

Hi - I wouldnβt recommend this place for any repairs. I wasnβt going to say anything or argue but I own 2019 Mazda cx5 that I brought in for an oil change after I received a coupon in the mail for first time customer, oil change was supposed to cost $50 or 59 and I ended up being charged $116. They also recommended repairs that werenβt necessary as I had recently got them done. I think weβre all looking for a trusted mechanic and unfortunately when you shape first experiences like this, the customers are unlikely to return. Bad business.

If you want a shop you can trust both mechanically and ethically, this is it. In a time where so many people feel taken advantage of by auto repair shops, the Autohaus team is a reminder that integrity and compassion still exist. I can honestly say this is the kind of business our community should support. Honest. Compassionate. Fair. And clearly staffed by people who care about doing the right thing. Our 3 car family has been a customer for 5 yrs, and found Autohaus through others who love & trust them. They recently helped with a difficult vehicle situation involving multiple unexpected issues. They were knowledgeable, responsive, incredibly thorough, and kind. Instead of just addressing the obvious problem, they caught an additional issue that could have become much bigger and more dangerous down the road. What repeatedly impresses me most is their integrity. They communicate clearly, treat everyone with respect, and approach situations with a level of care and professionalism that is becoming harder and harder to find. It's clear they values long-term relationships and genuinely take pride in their work. They helped turn an extremely stressful situation into one that finally

At Autohaus, customers are part of the family. I felt that way from day one, when I had no money at all, and they solved my problem without me having to pay. I didn't even speak English. They are a lifesaver. They never left me stranded. When the repair was going to take a couple of days, they provided me with a free rental car. Everything there is 5 stars. The waiting area, Wi-Fi, coffee, snacks, bottled water, spotless bathroom, and a desk for meetings while they work on the car... It's even better than being at home. Human value and honesty are two important qualities. God put them in my life! I trust them and recommend them 100%.
